We have really enjoyed celebrating Australia Day. We have created our own piece of artwork that shows the annual City of Perth Skyworks firework display above the famous Sydney Opera House. We watched videos of the display and recreated the fireworks on our own skyline using handmade stamps and blowing through straws. We also baked our own 'Vegemite and Cheese Pinwheels'. We showed excellent cooperation to make our own dough, add our toppings and shape them into pinwheels.
